3070A is one of a series of 5th generation PXI 3000 modular RF instruments and the perfect complement to 3050A low noise RF signal generator.
3070A is a fully integrated high performance compact RF digitizer for use in RF ATE for test and measurement applications. Used with optional software measurement suites
3070A provides fast and high performance signal analysis.
The 3070A module converts RF input signals over the frequency range 250 MHz to 6 GHz into phase and amplitude compensated digital I & Q sample data with an instantaneous signal bandwidth
of up to 160 MHz and a sample memory depth of 2 GBytes (0.5 GSamples). The sample data is output for processing to the PC host via the PXI backplane.
